UFPR and Case Western University discuss cooperation

A cooperation agreement between UFPR and Case Western Reserve University is one of the results of the Global Forum. On this Wednesday, June 3, the rector of UFPR, Zaki Akel Sobrinho and the president of FIEP, Rodrigo Rocha Loures, both participating in an international conference in Cleveland were received by the president of Case University, Barbara Snyder. The topic of the conversation was teaching and research cooperation. An agreement between the two institutions envisages a joint project to restructure the business administration program and training of both teachers and students in management for sustainability. Also participating of the meeting were UFPR’s Vice-rector for Research and Extension, Sergio Scheer; International Relations director, Carlos Siqueira; and assistant to the president of Fiep, Marcos Schlemm.
